Annual Service Subscription Terms:

Annual service subscription is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Subscription includes remote-access, in-house, or on-site technical support for all PCs and data networks at one (1) customer premise. Hardware upgrades, repair, or replacement are not included, but may be purchased from The PC Commando based upon current pricing. Technical support includes up to four (4) service hours per month; additional service hours required will be billed at our current rates. One trip charge per month is included for on-site support; additional trip charges will be billed as required at our current rates.
